ABOUT:As with We Wish You A Merry Christmas, I wanted to retain a very conservative feel to the song while making it a little different. I had a good idea where I wanted this piece to go, which included a very traditional first verse. The idea of using guitar harmonies in the second verse grew organically from the song as the recording happened.
As with much of my Christmas music, this piece started out with the intention of being sent to my family for Christmas. But the flu got in the way and it never made it.
HARDWARE/SOFTWARE:Roland JV-35, Apple G4 iBook, iTunes to convert the track from AAC to MP3 and QuickTime, and Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS2 to build this page. Many thanks to all those whose hard work on these items made it possible for me to share this with you.
