ABOUT: Following a fairly conservative first verse I think I must have had "Baba O'Rily" by The Who on my mind as I started into the somewhat less standard second verse. There are so many versions of this song available -- I wanted to do something a little different without really changing too much. To me the track evokes a peaceful mood with a very slight renaissance feel.
As with much of my Christmas music, this piece started out with the intention of being sent to my family for Christmas. But the flu got in the way and it never made it. This track was recorded over the period of September 3-October 12.
